Fault prevention is one of the essential conditions for keeping to schedules and commitments. However, by the time faults are discovered, it is often already too late to respond in time. So we aim to stop faults from happening in the first place by means of shrewd preventive measures. For that reason we are focusing on defining, developing and implementing a fault management system covering all of our processes.

Of course, since flexibility – both in handling orders and in day-to-day activities – is vital to mutually beneficial, problem-solving business relations, this system cannot be rigid and obstructive; instead it must be harmoniously integrated into our business processes.

We rely on the latest test and measuring procedures, a tailor-made computer system and experienced employees with a detailed understanding of RADO's entire value chain, all of which are helping us to make a reality of our own high expectations and to meet our exacting standards.
