Excellence in Rubber

RADO, a medium-sized company based in the town of Radevormwald, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, has established itself over a number of decades as a provider of comprehensive, specialist solutions in the rubber compounding sector. Our portfolio contains 2000 formulations, some 1200 of which originated in our own development laboratory. Every year we use around 500 to 600 of these formulations to produce high-quality rubber compounds in accordance with our customers' preferences and expectations.

For over 25 years, RADO has specialised purely in rubber compounding, and over this time we have acquired an impressive level of expertise. We have found our niche outside the mass market, in complex specialities which offer appropriate responses to current challenges in areas including the automotive industry, aviation, machine building, the cable industry and the energy and oil industry. In addition to the 20 to 25 different rubber grades, our in-house database contains well over 1000 raw materials. Several hundred tonnes of raw materials are waiting in our warehouses to be processed in our state-of-the-art mixing units.
